Demolish existing buildings whilst retaining existing streetside shopfront. 230m² of shop floor and 1500m² of carpark constructed. Works included M&E and fit out of shop.
As per client's wishes the adjacent supermarket was kept operational during the build phase and the handover handled to allow as smooth a transitional period as possible.
An ESB substaion constructed on site to cater for additional power demands. A new carpark was developed to provide safe off-street parking for customers.
Cahalane Bros contract was extended to carry out all fit out works, including suspended ceilings, floor coverings and decoration. Programme was managed carefully to ensure deadlines were met.
