Villa Franca

A private residence in Cork city. This 18th century building was fully refurbished externally with a new natural slate roof, sliding sash windows, lime render and a cobblestone yard. A more recent wing to the building was brought forward to a more contemporary design to create a modern kitchen and living space.

Existing features such as the staircase and window shutters were fully restored by our craftsmen and insulation was achieved using a corkboard lining to the internal walls.
